Move

This week there were teams of 20 people. All related to services, home services, life services. Where to get a good dryer. Where to get the best fridge…. Oh! Pacific sales, yes you’ll get a good one there. And negotiating and clearly speaking until I’m a puddle. Then the boxes movers dropped. They’re ready to open, the last stage of moving is here and now more work.

Plans, start with the kitchen first, find the tea.

The tea is the first to unpack.

As I’m unpacking the locksmith comes to change the locks. Two keys for everything.

The keys the owner left me didn’t work on anything. She dropped coins and everywhere I went for days, coins.

She’d crammed my drains with pubes and hair and cigarettes. Was this antisemitism, gay hate?

The address numbers had been axed off the house with what looked like a tomahawk left on the kitchen counter. A plumber came, the plumber comes at 8 and leaves at 8 for three days.

Would you like some soda water?

He had to reMake the pipes…they were bent with hair and damage.

I sage, call friends. Congratulations.

In sense. Smoke. It’s shifting. Towards the light.

Cigarettes.
